A ceremony involves extensive research, writing, paperwork and preparation that takes place to prepare a service. Celebrate with Serendipity's fees and packages are inclusive of the accumulative time spent on the ceremony or event. Quality over quantity is key, consequently, I provide additional time for meetings, emails and phone calls, preparation meetings and travel to and from the event.
The below packages and fees are non-negotiable, and reflect a fair remuneration based on experience and quality of service. Fees for additional services or time extensions are decided on a case-by-case basis.
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is payable to secure a date.
The follow package set a guide and can be amended as required.
Elopements
Limited to 2 witnesses, Hervey Bay

Mid Week / Micro Wedding Starting at $450
12 Guests and less Weekdays only

Upon booking and your deposit paid 2 x pre-wedding meeting/rehearsal plus unlimited email and phone communication from the clients to the celebrant includes 1x rehearsal
Completion of all legal documents -pre and post the ceremony

Upon booking and your deposit paid, 3 x pre-wedding planning meeting

The conducting/solemnisation of the marriage ceremony at the agreed time, date and place
Provide celebrant services to the parties in accordance with the Code of Practice for Marriage Celebrants
Completion of all legal documents pre and post ceremony.
Preparation of your marriage certificates plus A Commemorative Commonwealth of Australia Certificate of Marriage.
Personalised bespoke ceremony, which could include readings, rituals or aspects from different traditions, cultures and beliefs.
Special Costume or make-up requirement will be at an additional fee.
I provide a PA system, to ensure all is heard at any venue
